Refund Policy – BladeCraft Barbershop At BladeCraft, we take pride in delivering top-quality grooming and styling services to help you look and feel your best. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience. Our Commitment to You If you are unsatisfied with any haircut, shave, or grooming service provided at BladeCraft, please notify us immediately—preferably within 24 hours of your appointment. We are dedicated to resolving any issues promptly by offering a complimentary fix or adjustment. When Refunds Apply Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: The service delivered significantly differs from what was agreed upon. A service was missed or not performed due to an error on our part. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. When Refunds Are Not Available Refunds will not be granted for: Changes of mind or dissatisfaction due to personal preference after 24 hours. Services fully rendered with no reported issues. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before appointment time). No-shows or failure to attend the scheduled appointment. Gift Cards and Packages Gift cards are non-refundable but can be used towards any of our services. Prepaid grooming packages may be refunded if unused and upon request within 7 days of purchase. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our customer support team: Provide your appointment details and proof of purchase. Explain the reason for your refund request clearly.
